Kigoma Hilltop Hotel is the preferred venue in Kigoma for hosting conferences and meetings. Delegates comes from both the public and private sector. Our packages are catered based on requirements for the event. The hotel has two conference venues.
The first hosts up to 55 delegates; the venue is air-conditioned and includes an overhead projector, flip chart, marker pens, note pads and pens for delegates, 2 x 500ml water per delegate, sweets on the table, morning and afternoon tea in the restaurant. Buffet lunches and dinners can be arranged at additional charges.
The second venue hosts up to 150 delegates; this space is currently being renovated to better serve the future needs of our guests. We look forward to updating you once the renovations are complete.
